- All jewelry items (for hygiene, security, and value protection reasons)
- Customized or personalized products (including engraved items)
- Items made to order or produced on demand
- Gift cards and final sale items
These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Return Conditions (Eligible Items Only)
For items eligible for return:
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
- Original packaging, tags, and any certificates must be included

5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We strongly recommend a tracked and insured shipping service
- Mivor Paris is not responsible for lost or damaged returns

- Refunds are issued only for eligible returned items
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned damaged or incomplete.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
